On Friday, the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath, extended his heartfelt congratulations to the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) for their remarkable success in the Delhi University Student Union elections.
In a post shared on ‘X’ late Friday evening, Yogi expressed, “Congratulations to the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad for achieving historic success in the Delhi University Student Union elections.”
He further stated, “This victory reflects the growing acceptance of ABVP's principles of knowledge, character, and unity. I wish a bright future for all the winning candidates.” In the Delhi University Student Union (DUSU) elections, the ABVP, affiliated with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, secured victory in the president position along with two other posts, while the Congress-backed NSUI managed to win just one position in a closely contested battle.
